Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website islandcityelite.com.sg (the "Site") and the football coaching programmes and services (the "Programmes") offered by Island City Elite Football Academy ("Island City", "we", "us" or "our"), a football academy operating in Singapore. By accessing the Site, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling a player in our Programmes, you ("you", "your", or "parent/guardian") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Us

2. Eligibility and Enrolment

Programmes are intended for minors and are enrolled on their behalf by a parent or legal guardian. By submitting an assessment or enrolment enquiry through the Site, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the player named, or that you otherwise have authority to act on their behalf, and that the information provided is accurate and complete.

Enrolment in a Programme is subject to an assessment session and confirmation of an available place by Island City. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or place a player on a waitlist for any Programme at our discretion.

3. Fees and Payment

Programme fees, billing frequency, and payment methods will be communicated separately at the point of enrolment and, where applicable, through the Members Area. Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to change fees for future billing cycles with reasonable prior notice.

Refund and cancellation terms (including for missed sessions, withdrawals, or programme changes) will be set out in the enrolment agreement provided at sign-up and shall take precedence over this general statement where they conflict.

4. Code of Conduct

Players, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards coaches, staff, other players and families at all times, both on and off the pitch. Island City may suspend or terminate a player's participation in a Programme in cases of serious misconduct, safety concerns, or non-payment of fees.

5. Health, Safety and Assumption of Risk

Football is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling a player in a Programme, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that the player is medically fit to participate. Please inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the player's participation.

6. Members Area

Where we provide parents, players, or coaches with access to a Members Area or portal (for schedules, payments, attendance, or development records), access is personal to the account holder and must not be shared. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

7. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, its related systems, or the Members Area.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the "Island City Elite Football Academy" name and marks, curriculum materials, and photography, is the property of Island City or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Photography and Media

We may take photographs or videos of players during training sessions, assessments, or events for use on the Site and our social media channels for promotional purposes. If you do not wish your child to be included in such media, please notify us in writing at contactus@islandcityelite.com.sg.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Island City shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or participation in a Programme, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including in respect of death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a player's enrolment in accordance with the notice terms set out in the enrolment agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site or Members Area for breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site or participation in a Programme after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
